We are very flexible with these menus

The prices for dinner buffets listed here include excellent food, hot chaffing dishes,
serving utensils, high quality disposable plates, flatware & napkins and is
presented in a buffet style service. You may upgrade to glass plates, stainless
flatware & linen napkins for $5.00 /person.

There will be additional fees for catering attendants.
Our attendants will keep the food & bar replenished, bus tables, pour
& serve champagne for the toast, cut & serve the cake & clean up.

The prices listed here do not include service, sales tax & gratuity.
Dinner buffets require a minimum of 25 guests
Our caterer prepares fresh, clean food, beautifully presented w/all serving utensils & disposable plates, napkins & flatware.
You may want to upgrade to glass plates, silverware, linen napkins & glassware for an additional fee.
If you don't see what your looking, for our caterer can certainly prepare a custom menu for you.

Service
There will be a service fee of $300 for 2 reception attendants.
The attendants will setup the tables, chairs & linens, keep the food & beverages
replenished, bus tables, pour & serve the toasting beverage, cut & serve the cake & clean up.

ASIAN STYLE SLAW WITH SESAME DRESSING
A light, crunchy salad with green, red, and napa cabbage, jicama, red and yellow bell peppers,
carrots, red and green onions tossed in a sesame vinaigrette.

LEMON CHICKEN PASTA SALAD
Seasoned Chicken breast, almonds, roasted red peppers and lemon &
parsley pasta tossed in a light vinaigrette. 

MEDITERRANEAN PASTA SALAD
Feta cheese, kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes and spinach pasta
tossed in a light vinaigrette.

ORIENTAL CHICKEN PASTA SALAD
Seasoned chicken breast, Chinese noodles, carrots, scallions, red bell pepper and
baby corn tossed with a homemade soy ginger dressing.

BROCCOLI AND PENNE SALAD
Fresh broccoli, penne, scallions, raisins and pine nuts marinated in a sweet creamy
dressing and topped with bacon bits (optional).

CURRY CHICKEN PASTA SALAD
Curry pasta, fresh carrots, celery, bean sprouts, and almonds
tossed in a homemade curry dressing.

SICILIAN VEGETABLE SALAD
A light, refreshing salad with Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions,
oregano and thyme tossed in a garlic vinaigrette.
