A Lovely setting for your special occasion
The Rose Creek Cottage is a quaint 90 year old English Tudor cottage with a
chapel like interior with a gazebo & garden patio for receptions or outdoor
weddings. A bridal lounge is available for the bride & her court prior to the
ceremony. We can help you plan a wedding, reception, anniversary party,
renewal of vows or a memorial service.

The Cottage can accommodate up to 75 people
in the chapel for the ceremony & on the patio for the reception.
The Cottage is available 7 days per week from 7 am to 10 pm.
The patio is available for receptions and includes tables,
chairs, music, event coordination, market umbrellas,
patio heaters & table linens in a variety of colors.
Viewings are available by appointment only.

$200 / Hour
( Saturdays ~ $250 / Hour )

Available for up to 80 people
Includes bows on the pews, use of the bridal lounge,
music, video screen, candelabras & silk floral altar arrangement.
We recommend 2 hours for the ceremony for groups of 25 or more.

Gazebo Ceremony
Our patio can accommodate up to 100 guests for the ceremony only.
2 hour minimum.
Includes chairs, music & use for the bridal lounge.
This is for the ceremony only w/o reception.

Receptions
Patio seats up to 80 guests for a reception.
Price includes tables, chairs, umbrellas, silk or glass centerpieces,
patio heaters, buffet tables & cake table.
An excellent music system is available for your use.
You may have someone emcee the event or
you may hire our disc jockey to do so for $500.

Table linens are available to rent in a wide variety of colors & fabrics.


Intimate ceremony with up to 15 guests.
Chapel & Officiate for 1 hour  ~ $ 250

Ceremony only:  9 AM ~ 11 AM or 11 AM ~ 1 PM
Ceremony & Reception:  9 AM ~ 3 PM  or  4 PM - 10 PM
Sunday Brunch Wedding: 10 AM - 4 PM
Sunday ~ Friday time frames are flexible.

Rehearsals
Generally held 1 - 2 days prior to the ceremony.
$ 50 ~ 1 hour ~ Includes coordinator.

Bridal Lounge
Our bridal lounge is available for the bride & her attendants
prior to the ceremony.
The gentlemen may arrive dressed and ready to go.
Don't forget the rings!!!

Reservation Policy
A security/damage deposit of $100 per 2 hour period
is required to confirm all reservations.
The deposit will be refunded after the conclusion of the event
if there are no unforeseen expenses such as overtime,
damage repair, excessive clean-up or providing extra supplies.
Once you have reserved a specific time & date,
the basic rental fee will be due 90 days prior to the event date.
The balance will be due in full 30 days prior to the event date.

Want to do your own thing?
The Rose Creek Cottage is available for $250/hour and you may
arrange for everything on your own. Tables & chairs will be
provided as will patio heaters or umbrellas as needed.
You will receive 2 hours for setup prior to the event at no charge.
