He can delivers a spiritual or christian wedding ceremony speaking of the joys of love and what a great gift it is for two people to be united as one. He brings the feelings of love & affection of your friends & family into the ceremony as well. Mark will meet with you to discuss what you would like in your ceremony. Mark will be able to furnish you with a marriage license application and assist you in the completion & filing of the license. The license application must be filed at a County Clerk's Office.
